Refunds, Returns &

Replacements Policy 

We are on a journey together and we want you to be delighted every step of the way. The policy below does not affect your statutory rights of 14 days to cancel any item purchased on-line. (please see our Events Cancellation Policy for details regarding our live events) 

  • Items for return or refund. If you are not happy with our products the first step is to contact us at sandra@mymaptofreedom.com with the word RETURNS in the subject line and details of your return or request for refund in the body of the email. You will receive a reply with details of how to return your item(s) to us.

 

  • Items for return and refunds should be sent to us in their original condition within 10 days, without any signs of use or damage and in their original packaging. 

 

  • Items for replacement. If you return an item as damaged in transit or not as described within 10 days, we will replace this free of charge and refund your delivery costs (the cheapest method to be used, but please use the original packaging if possible).

 

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 days and will be via the payment method you used for the purchase.

  • Canceling a pricing plan. If you wish to cancel a pricing plan then three months notice is required. To do this contact sandra@mymaptofreedom.com with the words 'CANCEL PRICING PLAN' in the subject line. We will cancel your plan within three months of receiving your email. We will notify you when your last payment is due. Please note that during the notice period you will still have access to our on-line community and to your tutorial videos however no further boxes will be posted to you even if the notice period crosses the date when your next box would have been due.
