Refunds, Returns &
We are on a journey together and we want you to be delighted every step of the way. So, we offer a 10-day money-back returns policy. This does not affect your statutory rights of 14 days to cancel any item purchased on-line. (please see our Events Cancellation Policy for details regarding our live events)
The first step is to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the word RETURNS in the subject line and details of your return or request for refund in the body of the email. You will receive a reply with details of how to return your item(s) to us.
Items for return and refunds should be sent to us in their original condition within 10 days, without any signs of use or damage and in their original packaging.
Items for replacement. If you return an item as damaged in transit or not as described within 10 days, we will replace this free of charge and refund your delivery costs (the cheapest method to be used, but please use the original packaging if possible).
Refunds will be processed within 7 days and will be via the payment method you used for the purchase.
