I've been asked this question a couple of times now. The whole intention of Creative Journaling to Unleash the Soul is awareness. To become aware of and fully intimate with your direct experience of the moment. To be fully present with what is unfolding right now.
Meditation is the same. A full experience that takes you beyond the everyday actions and reactions you experience on the surface to become aware of the present moment and it's ever changing sensations.
Both make you feel more real, a little more alive.
