What does your map show you?
Each 'layer' of your map describes a separate aspect of you as a Teal Peacemaker.
The outer layer shows your personality traits.
The second layer (sub-divided into two) shows your thoughts and beliefs.
The third layer (mostly blank space) shows your basic needs.
The centre space shows the quality at the core of you. In the case of the Teal Peacemaker. that quality is Peace.
Your map is a physical printed map that you can hold in your hands. It works in a similar way to a traditional map, acting as a visual guide revealing your inner landscape. It's aim is simple, to guide you back to the peace and aliveness of your true self.
How does it work?
My Map to Freedom is a visual container that holds all that you are, it works by allowing you to explore and transform your understanding of who you are and the specific ways you rob yourself of inner freedom. Your journey to inner freedom
As a Teal Peacemaker your journey to inner freedom is connected to your fear of conflict and your desire to keep life comfortable. This fear means you don’t want to be drawn into conflict or inner turbulence and avoid being pressured to react. Self-forgetting by nature, you repress your anger and neglect your needs in order to avoid the discomfort that comes with conflict. Retreating to your inner sanctum you may lose yourself in life’s simple pleasures, the needs of others, or the basic task of living. At the heart of your self-forgetting is a resistance to being deeply affected by life. You do not make effort in making contact with yourself or the world and you diffuse your awareness so that the full impact of reality does not touch you.
Being shut down, overlooked and not included by others are among your greatest fears. Because of this fear, you would rather merge into someone else than run the risk of alienating others.
The average Teal Peacemaker sees themselves as nobody special, the modest person who stays in the background so as not to cause any inconvenience. At their core, they feel that their presence, options, and involvement do not really matter and are of no particular consequence.
The journey to inner freedom means recognising and transforming these patterns of behaving, thinking and feeling so you find more space to be you! So that you can get back to who you were before the world got its hands on you!
