If you need to cancel a booking
We have to commit with our venues and resources well in advance, so should you cancel or postpone your place on one of our events or workshops then the following will apply:
Cancellation with more than 6 weeks’ notice, 50% of the cost is will apply.
Cancellation with less than 3 week’s notice but more than 1 week’s notice, 75% of the cost will apply.
Cancellation within 7 days of the date of the event or workshop, 100% of the cost will apply.
Non-attendance, 100% of the cost will apply Jane – taken from LTI policy
All that said, we know that life can get in the way, and that sometimes exceptional and urgent circumstances happen that are beyond anyone’s control. In these times it is likely that letting us know you can’t attend is the last thing on your mind. We are real human people here and want to support you on your life journey so if this happens to you, please let us know.
If you do wish to cancel a booking then please do so by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org with the word CANCELLATION in the subject line.
You will receive a confirmation email of the cancellation followed by another email within 2 days confirming total cost payable and details of any refundable amount.
Any refund due will be processed within 7 days from receipt of notification of cancellation and will be via the payment method you used for the original payment.
